Profit-Web. “Kindergartens” – special module created for kindergartens to follow parents’ payment process for kindergartens’ services.

 Functions:

• Possibility to process accounting according to parents (allows recording few kids for one parent when it comes to payment), or according to children (different checks for all kids);
• Possibility to process accounting for few kindergartens;
• To have unlimited number of groups, possibility to appoint tariffs for the groups, to have the change history;
• Possibility to assign children to the group, dismiss from the group, transfer to another group. There is also a history of assigns/transfers.
• To gather information regarding children, parents – dates of birth, places of birth, phone numbers and other; search engine according to different criteria;
• Possibility to follow everyday or summary attendance (attended days for all month);
• The system according to fees and attended days counts how much parents have to pay, it also forms accounting document. (If “Profit-Web.”Finance” is used data automatically is transferred to that module);
• Possibility to record every payment, the system counts parents’ debts or overpayments;

      • Overview and print out the report for all groups;
      • Overview and print out parents’ payment reports;
      • Overview and print out parents’ accounting statement;
      • Overview and print out the report for a particular group;
      • Overview and print out attendance report.
