Profit-Web. InterAlga – the internet access to the salary and personnel data. Uses the same database as “Alga 2000®”, therefore data entered or any calculations made in any of these business management systems immediately are seen in another.
At the moment InterAlga consists of two logical parts. First part – is so called “self-service”, when an employee can log on to the system and see data about him/herself. (In some cases the employee can configure the data). Second part – the part for accountant/manager, where the accountant or manager can enter the data about other employees. These are logical parts (not software parts), since user rights determine what each employee can do or can not do.
“Self-service” part functions;
- Preview of the employee card: name, surname, tasks for the employee, evaluation of the tasks, education, diplomas, position at work, departments, phone numbers and more other, which are gathered and stored in the personnel software. User rights determine which data the employee can adjust.
- Paycheck – counted in, counted off, paid out, left to pay – according to every title of counting in/counting off for any time period given.
- Salary note – for 3 months.
- Report about unused holidays – with the history when and how the employee took holidays, how many holidays the employee has at all and how many holydays are still remaining. All this report can be organized for any date set.
- Holyday/business trip planning – possibility to enter request for holidays and information regarding planned business trips. Possibility for manager to accept either deny the plan.
- If “InterAlga Certification system” is purchased – possibility to do the assigned test, exam.
Accountant/manager part functions;
- Entering new employees;
- Adjustment of the employee card;
- Entering expectants, to search for them;
- Creation of timetables, overview;
- Filling work time statement;
- Accepting Holiday/business trips;
- Choosing certifications;
- Overview of tests done and their results;
- Counted off sheets (companies’, departments’ or groups according to the user rights);
- Report regarding unused holidays (companies’, departments’ or groups according to the user rights);
- Work time statement (companies’, departments’ or groups according to the user rights);
- Data from passing control system (companies’, departments’ or groups according to the user rights).
At the moment under development:
- Entry of count in’s, count off’s;
- Calculation of salaries;
- Reports regarding salaries and personnel.
