Profit-W® SQL - Sybase > Long term asset process management

Profit-W “Long term asset process management” module operates inside the Profit-W “Material asset process management” module. This module operates especially for long term asset accounting in company’s created object where the set of parameters shows that this project is a long term asset object.

With the help of Profit-W “Long term process management” it is possible:

• To create for an asset the asset card, to which inventory number is appointed;
• To count assets amortization depending on company’s specificity monthly or once a year.
• To classify assets according to asset classes or wear and tear counting ways;
• To process long term assets accounting when the value is added, the value is decreased, written off or repaired;
• To appoint assets to materially responsible persons;
• To form long term asset acts when cashing, transferring, value adding, value decreased or stocktaking.
