Profit-W “Financial accounting process management” module can operate as a separate module, or it can be connected together with warehouse, salary payment and long term asset modules. It is possible to automatically import data or import it through transitional journals to Profit-W “Financial accounting process management”.
Profit-W “Financial accounting process management” module is used for financial accounting implementation, as well as for data about all company’s economic operations gathering. A user at any time can receive a balance of economic activities and administer all covenanter related documents. With the help of this business management system a user can print out primary documents as well as various summary reports.
With Profit-W “Financial accounting process management” it is possible:

This module implements financial accounting in different journals: purchase, sales, cash payment or general according to operations which are described on the base of account correspondence. It is possible to implement financial accounting in various currencies, possibility to convert them.
It is possible to record cashier or bank operations, to fill catalogues, expenditure vouchers or to record imprested accounting.
It is possible to see company’s cash flow in the ledger (currencies’ – in the currency ledger). In the ledger a user sees not only accounts general sum, but also the sub sums and documents’ list which complete the general sum.
It is possible to implement pay offs with debtors or with creditors in various ways: pay off according to exact documents (document nr.), according oldest and biggest (smallest) debts, to pay off in different currencies, to implement automatic debts’ pay off.
