Alga 2000® - “Work time accounting” – is designed for implementation work time accounting and work payment management, it also provides a possibility to enter information at once to Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management” and Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” modules.
While recording time-cards according to the principles of accounting, when for every employee time-card’s exact place at exact day is marked, the system automatically gathers recorded information and relates it with a work payment for the employee.

Information to the work time accounting catalogue can be recorded in few ways: (user chooses the way):

• Time-card is formed from calculations;
• Time-card is formed from work graphs;
• Time-card is formed from other programs or files (import from dbf, txt, exe, ODBC);
• Time-card is formed from an order;
• Time-card is formed manually.

Alga 2000® - “Work time accounting” – directly connects with Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management” module – work time catalogue information goes to Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management” module, where employees’ work payment is calculated. Alga 2000® - “Work time accounting” module can be purchased independently from other modules, however the module relates with Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management” module (calculations are taken into considerations, when generating time-card according to the timetable, there is a possibility to generate calculations according to time-card’s data), Alga 2000® - “Order management” module – (data goes to time-card after an order is confirmed).

Alga 2000® - “Work time accounting” functions:

• Employee card (name, surname, time-card number, position, department, work time, work time accounting (normal, summed), timetables, work regimes);
• For employee groups, where work time differs from standard regime (8 hours for 5 days) special timetables can be formed and assigned (moving or usual);
• Recording work time accounting catalogue;
• Connection with Alga 2000® - “Passing control management” module data, possibility to record employee’s coming to work time, break starting and ending time, leaving the work time without quitting the employee time-card;
• Time-card data can be imported from and exported to MS Excel.
