Alga 2000® - “Passing control management” – is designed for passing control data accounting. Data can be imported from other business management systems or can be entered manually. All events for one or several employees can be comfortably filtered and edited. This module is not self-dependant. Together with Alga 2000® - “Passing control management” module there is a need to acquire Alga 2000® - “Work time accounting” module.

 
Alga 2000® - “Passing control management” functions:

• Entry of data regarding given passing card to an employee;
• Entry of passing card readers’ data;
• Entry or import of passing events for one or several employees;
• Comfortable sorting and filtering of information;
• Recording the general time-card passing data;

Printing reports:

• Lists of passing events;
• Protocol of passing control.
