Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” – module is designed for storing and managing data regarding companies’ employees. The module is adjusted as for standard as for specific company’s needs, it decreases personnel department employees’ work input and allows to plan, manage and analyze personnel work. Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” module is self-dependant and in order to operate this module a user does not need any of other modules.

Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” functions:

  • Execution of personnel accounting for several companies;
  • Entry of employee data;
  • Entry of vacation history, calculation of unused vacation;
  • Recording personnel private and work-related features and the search engine according desired parameters;
  • Accounting of work and work safety instructions, accounting of special outfit and material values;
  • Accounting of work experience and its direct connection with payment additives and vacation norm.
  • Accounting of qualification raising and evaluating its periodicity.
  • Possibility to execute accounting for employees who work under several work contracts.

  • Work agreement and their changes;
  • Employee card;
  • Work time accounting catalogues (time-tables);
  • Reports to social security “Sodra” (1a-SD, 1b-SD, 2a-SD, 2b-SD, 3-SD, 4-SD, F4, 8-SD, 8a-SD, 9-SD, 10-SD, 11-SD, 12-SD, 12A-SD);
  • Reports to statistics (DA-01, DA-01K, DA-02, DA-03, DA-05, DA-06);
  • Reports for several companies, report generator;
  • Employee card;
  • Employee search and filter engine by name, last name, time-table number, department, branch, brigade;
  • History of appointments, transfers, qualification raise, work time and coefficients;
  • Orders accounting module (with a possibility to create, adjust printing report forms and execute employee accounting);
  • List of employees (by department, at the moment working, who worked not full month), list of departments;
  • Analysis of  employee composition, list of employees and officers by specialties, employee turnover;
  • Person card, work agreement, orders for hiring and dismissal;
  • Order for employee transfer to another work, material responsibility agreement;
  • Lists of dismissed, hired, underage, birthdays, jubilees;
  • Permission for vacation list, sending for checking health;
