Alga 2000® - “Order management” – is designed to tie in company’s orders management accounting with Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” and Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management”, providing a possibility to enter information at once to Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management” and Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” modules.
Alga 2000® - “Order management” module registers all orders in separate journal i.e. order for hiring employee, addition to the salary, transfer, additional work, yearly vacations and extension of work agreement.
A document is registered by the accepted writing rules. There are depicted registration date, registration number, text of an order, resolution (executed, confirmed), system user who created the document, employee for whom the order is addressed.
In Alga 2000® - “Order management” module recorded orders are related to Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management” and Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” orders, at the same time other company’s documents can be managed by the writing rules.
In order to operate Alga 2000® - “Order management” a user needs to acquire Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting”
Alga 2000® - “Order management” functions:
Standard order patterns, possibility to create own patterns. Order patterns consist from two parts: order form (depiction of a document according to the accepted writing rules and confirmed company’s document forms (rules)) and order types (functional order type, under which an order is tied in with Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management” and Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” modules). Alga 2000® - “Order management” consists of the following standard order types:
- Hiring employees;
- Termination of work agreement;
- Extension of work agreement;
- Business trip;
- Business trip for group;
- Yearly vacations;
- Yearly vacations with additional days;
- Vacations;
- Vacations for child care;
- Not paid vacations;
- Not paid vacations for group;
- Termination of vacations;
- Addition to salary;
- Change of position features;
- Change of position feature for group;
- Additional work;
- Transfer;
- Temporary transfer;
- Dismissing from work;
- Dismissing from a position;
Order forms can be created by the following tools: QuickReport (programming environment integrated in Alga 2000® business management system), and MS Word (part of the MS Office package meant for text editing).
After a document is entered with a resolution “confirmed”, the document will be confirmed in the system and the system automatically will execute all order related actions which reflect in the Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management” and Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” modules.
Printing reports:
- Lists of entered orders;
- Reports to social security “Sodra” (1a-SD, 2a-SD);
- Report about unused vacations;
- Vacation granting sheet.
