Alga 2000® - “Expectant management” – is designed to record expectants who might work in a company. Recorded data can be easily filtered, sorted, analyzed and used when hiring new employees. Alga 2000® - “Expectant management” closely tied in with Alga 2000® - “Personnel accounting” module (hiring employees from the list of expectants). This module can be chosen together with Alga 2000® - “Work payment process management”.

Alga 2000® - “Expectant management” functions:

• Record of the detailed information regarding expectants;
• Prepared expectants’ lists by the following: hired, not hired, contacts, position, qualification, disablement, pension, category, family, education, professional unions, previous work places, army data;
• A user has a possibility to print out lists after choosing needed fields;
• Data can be exported into MS Excel, ASCII or DBF format.

Printing reports:

• Lists prepared or created by the user.
